Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing event planning, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing communication with clients before, during, and after events.
Cost management, negotiations, invoicing, and fulfilling all accounting formalities with the client.
Strong coordination with the design and production team to execute glitch-free events.
Doing research, booking artists & vendors, and negotiating as per requirements.
Brainstorming with the team and making proposals as per the client's requirements.
Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etc.
Show running from technical / event console.
Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordination.
Post-event formalities like sending reports, feedback, and testimonials from clients, closing the event, etc.

Maintaining accuracy in documentation, costing sheet, and submitting event-wise budget worksheet pre & post-event.
Coordinating with the finance team concerning invoicing and vendors' billings closure.
